- All transaction fees, including currency conversion and payment gateway charges, are borne by the seller.
- Sellers must provide valid banking information for payment processing.
6. Shipping and Fulfillment
- Sellers are responsible for packaging, labeling, and shipping products to buyers promptly.
- Accurate shipping details, including costs and estimated delivery times, must be provided.
- Sellers must comply with all shipping regulations, including customs declarations for international orders.
- Cost of shipping will calculate by the website and will add to the price of the product automatically and the purchaser will pay the shipping fee
7. Returns and Refunds
- Sellers must clearly outline their return and refund policies within their store.
- In cases of disputes, Dilwana may mediate between buyers and sellers, with the final decision at Dilwana's discretion.
- Sellers are responsible for resolving issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
8. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Dilwana is not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers, including product quality, shipping issues, or payment disputes.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with tax obligations and legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
- Dilwana holds no responsibility for the sale or non-sale of any registered seller's products. Regardless of sales performance, all sellers intending to register must purchase a subscription to access the platform's services.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresentation of products or fraudulent activities.
- Manipulation of sales, reviews, or ratings.
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property or violation of privacy rights.
